At NutriLife, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not usually processed on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times
After an order is processed, delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery is typically between 7–30 business days. The most accurate delivery estimate will be shown on the product page or at checkout where available. Delivery times may also be affected by holidays, weather, customs, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order tracking
If tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NutriLife is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
